An off the beaten track location not far from the pretty village of Bollington. Cheshire. This cascading babbling brook is perfect for pets that loved to play and paddle in fresh spring water.

at his home in Luton.
You were nearly 10 years old.
The bestest pet I could ever have.
Always Happy.

RUFTEE
Ruftee a much loved pet. A dream of a pet. Loyal, loving, lazy. He was supposed to be a sheep dog but he would'nt respond to my whistle. He preferred to disappear, run off and hide until I'd give up. Only with the bribe of a dog chew would he come back to me. He knew exactly what he was doing and knew it was the best way to get his bribe. So we tied dog chews to the sheep and that solved the problem. The sheep didnt like it too much as it caused chaos amongst them. After that RUFTEE was cured and he became the best of working dogs. So now your loss is really sad. We had 10 good years together and his wonderful character will never be replaced. Ruftee you were SPECIAL. You were the best friend anyone could have. We love you lots and lots Julie and Jess XXX

JIMIMA
Jimima a much loved pet. A beautiful siamese friend. We had her from being a kitten. It was such a sad day when she was run over before her time, aged 7, June 2005. Jimima never did have any road sense and we were really sorry for Peggy, my sister and the driver, who was as upset as us. We all cried for a week. Jimima used to love to ride on LIMPY'S (my pony) back and chase the butterflies from the garden. Jimima you are sorely missed. May you rest in peace. All our love Vicky Mack and Peggy

Image of a Rainbow

Just this side of Heaven
is a place called
RAINBOW BRIDGE.

When an animal dies that has been especially close, that animal goes to
RAINBOW BRIDGE.

There are meadows and hills for all our special friends so they can run and play together.

There is plenty of food, water and sunshine and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigour, those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again.Just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing they each miss someone very special to them who has been left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks in the distance. His bright eyes are intent his eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly he begins to run from the group flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted and when you and your special friend meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.

The happy kisses rain upon your face, your hands again caress their beloved head, and you look once again into the trusting eyes of your animal, so long gone from your life, but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together.
