Virtual Pet Cemetery in a Far Away Glade flower
Virtual Pet Cemetery in a Far Away Glade
This special location is a secluded and delightful spot deep in the Scottish highlands, not far from Loch Lomond. It is amongst the prettiest of our locations. Deep blue fresh water and azure sky make this lovely Scottish Glade a perfect resting place. Ideal for pets that loved water and open spaces.

I left you sleeping in your chair.

Ginny
GINNY...a much loved pet. He was a lively litte fella always full of beans or liver or bone marrow or anything else he could get his teeth into. A lovely, loyal pet who was abandoned as a pup by the canal at Leigh. We got him from the RSPCA rescue centre as a frightened whimpering wreck. GINNY was run-over Feb 2006 at the age of 7. He had a good life and we'll always remember him. He's irreplaceable. All our love. Lilly and Joe Lovers Lane Atherton

Loveable Barney, we miss you so much, So grateful, are we, our lives you did touch, We miss your hairy head and dribbling tongue, So lucky were we to have you so long. It's so quiet without you and still in the yard, We didn't want you to suffer but goodbye was so hard, We hope you feel better and are happy in the glade, We'll love you for ever; Mary, Nick, Samatha and Sinead xxxxxxxx

Image of a Rainbow

Just this side of Heaven
is a place called
RAINBOW BRIDGE.

When an animal dies that has been especially close, that animal goes to
RAINBOW BRIDGE.

There are meadows and hills for all our special friends so they can run and play together.

There is plenty of food, water and sunshine and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigour, those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again.Just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing they each miss someone very special to them who has been left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks in the distance. His bright eyes are intent his eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly he begins to run from the group flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted and when you and your special friend meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.

The happy kisses rain upon your face, your hands again caress their beloved head, and you look once again into the trusting eyes of your animal, so long gone from your life, but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together.
