Virtual Pet Cemetery on a Quiet Mountainside flower
Virtual Pet Cemetery on a Quiet Mountainside
We wanted a location that was less 'craggy' and more 'rolling mountain'. Here in mid Wales near Bala is spectacular. This spot offers freedom and open space. Ideal for our feathered friends and galloping horses

BILLY
Billy died naturally Aug 1993 at his Leigh home.
It was lack of exercise and old age.
Billy was nearly 12 years old.
A wonderful loving dog.
Always happy to play.
Never be forgotten.
Billy left a broken hearted Campbell Family.

FREDDIE
Died before his time, poor chap!
He lived with the Elen family, Pitween Scotland
Freddie died of inoperable cancer
and put up a great fight to the end.
Always faithful, bit the postman twice, but we blamed his sister, Candy the second time.

THISSY
THISSY. Long time friend of Thaty. Together they lived with me on my canal boat as my 2 purry, furry, cabin friends. They loved the boat. Then one day THISSY disappeared. I found him alive but very poorly and listless under the bed having had a heart attack. Poor THISSY, he was a shadow of his normal lively catch-any-bird pussycat. He only lasted another day and then died. It was very sad but probably for the best as he would never have been happy not being able to climb trees and catch birds. Goodbye THISSY you were very special and prettiest cat in the world. All my love Canalboat Mary. Stoke on trent

PUGSY
PUGSY. Often called Pugsy poo because he was often constipated. Too many dog biscuits! Pugsy was 8 when he died, Jan 2008. We took him to the vets because of his bad breath. He needed a tooth out and the rest cleaning. He never came out of the anesthetic. What a shock because he was so fit and happy. After we finished crying we had him cremated and spread his sad ashes on a mountainside near Bala . May you rest in peace little Pugsy. May you poo for ever in heaven. Much Love Sue, Jane and Joshua Greaves. Wrexham

BONNIE
Bonnie was a much loved pet. She used to play all day with her brother BRUTUS. If they werent tugging at sticks together they were chasing balls together. They loved each other dearly. Both got poisoned on 6 march 2008 by who knows who but we have our suspicions. May you both rest forever in peace. Our love and kisses.... MATT and JOAN, PETER and JAKE MATHEWS

Image of a Rainbow

Just this side of Heaven
is a place called
RAINBOW BRIDGE.

When an animal dies that has been especially close, that animal goes to
RAINBOW BRIDGE.

There are meadows and hills for all our special friends so they can run and play together.

There is plenty of food, water and sunshine and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigour, those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again.Just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing they each miss someone very special to them who has been left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks in the distance. His bright eyes are intent his eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly he begins to run from the group flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted and when you and your special friend meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.

The happy kisses rain upon your face, your hands again caress their beloved head, and you look once again into the trusting eyes of your animal, so long gone from your life, but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together.
