Meg was always eating - she even chewed the pictures off the living room wall. She escaped at any
given opportunity and was owned (and fed) simultaneously by four different families. She belonged to the Cartwrights (that's us) originally - we picked her ourselves from a litter of ten. We thought she was cute because she was chewing on her mum's tail. It was to our home where she finally came to rest. We all said goodbye and surrounded her with her favourite things. Our fabulous vet made a house call and she passed on peacefully from her own bed. Megan was a true free spirit who would not be tamed nor contained. She was always happy and greeted all with a ferocious wagging of her tail. We missed her when she went away on her visits and we miss her even more now, knowing that she will never again reappear at our back door.
